Most of my career was in executive finance leadership where I was a strategic business partner to the CEO or President. Since 2006, I’ve been running companies and quickly realized that while we had great people, I needed a strategic business partner to help develop strategic plans, implement best practices, operational efficiencies, marketing ROI, evaluate product line profitability, organizational health, and succession planning.
That’s why in 2018, I started CFO Grow Strategies, LLC to provide growth companies with next level competency solutions. Our “roll up your sleeves” solutions range from Outsourced CFO services to Strategic Vision and Planning, Financial Planning, Reporting and Analysis and Process and Systems Reengineering. Experience
My professional experience includes executive finance roles for high growth publicly traded companies and small to large privately held companies including a privately held company operating nationally. I led the global expansion of finance operations for a $5 billion publicly held company into Europe and Asia that grew to over $1 billion in assets outside the U.S. Industries I have worked include Real Estate Development, Construction, Wireless Technology, Real Estate Financial Services, Consumer Retail and the non-profit sector. The past twelve years, I’ve held executive operations roles as President, General Manager and Executive Director for privately held companies and non-profits.
A native of El Paso, Texas, I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. I am a Certified Public Accountant and have served on Boards of non-profits and Advisory Councils of corporations.

When away from the office, I enjoy time with my family, live music, spectator sports, traveling, golfing and volunteering.
